Quality Audits: the service is designed for clients of Original Team or precise cases, which quality standards demand rigorous inspections. In these cases, various programmed controls are performed, focusing on several aspects to be audited.
Sample Follow-up: this service is available for clients that are interested in learning about the advantages and high performance of our products and Ecoblock Premium compounds.
Development of Special Parts: first, we perform thorough field work with the purpose of gathering every piece of essential information and we then send it to our Development Department. There, a sample is created and, later, a Final Trial is implemented for its final approval.

Staff Training Courses

Fricciones Universales S.A. offers Staff Training Courses (CCP) to guarantee the excellent performance of the whole ECOBLOCK product line. All CCP are organized into Theoretical and Practical modules. Each participant will receive a curriculum with the course content, learning materials and a Participation Certificate.

Quality of Service

Given the large product stock available from Fricciones Universales (FU), Orders can be shipped to any destination in the country at the earliest convenience. These orders can be tracked though their waybill number.

FU takes all the necessary precautions to guarantee the client not only that the agreed delivery date will be met, but also that the products will not be damaged during the shipment.
